Kingshighway Blvd. We're looking for someone who loves coffee, cares about hospitality, and naturally brings positive energy to a team. This is a hands-on leadership position: you'll spend your time doing what great baristas do while also helping train, mentor, and motivate your team. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other menu items to our standards Provide warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming customer service Help lead the bar during busy shifts and keep service running smoothly Train and mentor baristas Lead by example in drink quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism Help motivate the team and create a positive, collaborative work environment Complete weekly inventory and communicate ordering needs Assist with opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and other café operations Help maintain consistency in recipes, procedures, and customer experience Support the team and take initiative when a manager is not present

What We're Looking For Required:

At least 2 years of prior barista experience Strong espresso and coffee preparation skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependability and strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends Ability to commit to 35 hours per week Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift 35-40lbs.

Preferred:

Previous supervisory, shift lead, or management experience Experience training or mentoring other baristas Experience with café inventory or ordering We're especially interested in someone who is a natural team motivator
