We are looking for high-energy, customer-focused Team Members to join us at our brand-new Ballpark Village location. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Manage food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving, food preparation, and customer inquiries. Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred, along with familiarity with food service environments. No Experience?
