Position Summary:

A full time barista will serve as a cornerstone of the Grit + Grind experience, setting the standard for customer service, team support, and daily operations. This role requires a friendly, self-motivated, and service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in going above and beyond for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an unforgettable customer experience — every time. Greet customers warmly, engage genuinely, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Ensure smooth daily operations that adhere to Grit

+ Grind standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and customer areas throughout the shift. Assist with inventory tracking and product restocking, as needed. Train and support new team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Represent the Grit

+ Grind brand with positivity and integrity both on and off the clock. Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling, feedback, and customer insights.

Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating meaningful connections with guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling busy periods while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. Punctual, reliable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
