DESCRIPTION

At Product Connections, our Juice Baristas create engaging experiences for Sam's Club members while preparing and serving fresh juice products. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, food preparation, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Why Join Product Connections? RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and prepare work areas for juice production and customer sampling activities. Read and follow all program materials, instructions, and compliance requirements. Safely operate equipment and follow proper lifting and safety procedures. Prepare, package, label, merchandise, and dispose of products in accordance with food safety standards. Conduct food sampling and product demonstrations as assigned. Complete all required reporting and online documentation accurately and on time. Monitor company communications regarding schedules, event changes, and business updates. Complete required certifications and training programs. Follow machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment. Assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and other operational tasks as needed. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age. Weekend availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, is preferred. Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, customer service, product demonstrations, or restaurant environments preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to follow food safety and operational procedures. Food safety certification or licensing may be required based on state and local regulations.
