Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately using POS system Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and food safety protocols Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous barista experience(recommended) or strong interest in the food industry with a passion for coffee culture Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us to be part of a lively café environment where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
