Job Description
Barista-Montana/Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Areas Copper Mountain Coffee is seeking applicants for Barista positions. Applicants must possess the following abilities: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Stocking necessary supplies and/or products as needed Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote our culture, values, and mission Communicating to ensure smooth operational flow Delivering legendary customer service Providing a customer first culture Discovering and responding to customer needs Explaining menu items and offering suggestions Engaging customers to meet and exceed their expectations Providing a consistent customer experience by curating handcrafted CMC products Knowing, preparing, serving a variety of hot & cold beverages including coffee, espresso, blended drinks, energy drinks, teas, etc. $10.85 to $15.85 per hour, medical, vision, prescription, pharmacy benefits options after meeting qualified standards, paid time off fixed annual allotment after one year of employment.
