Groovy Duck Bakery is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front of House team member to help create a welcoming customer experience while supporting daily bakery operations. This role includes customer service, coffee preparation, order coordination, stocking displays, cleaning, and opening/closing duties in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders, answer phones, and assist with cake pickups Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and restock beverage supplies Stock and maintain pastry cases, drink coolers, and bakery displays Organize online orders, invoices, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, display cases, and front-of-house areas Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and daily operational tasks Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Strong multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Coffee shop, bakery, or customer service experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Weekend availability preferred
