Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Handle retail sales transactions smoothly while processing cash and card payments with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations highly valued Knowledge of beverage service, drink preparation, and non-alcoholic beverage crafting techniques Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions accurately Commitment to food safety practices including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic understanding of food industry standards and food safety regulations Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.
