• We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for craft brews, customer service, and community. As a Bar Star, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service, engaging interactions, and a keen attention to detail. Duties Represent Archetype Brewing through excellent customer service by engaging with guests, talking all things beer, and ensuring satisfaction throughout a customer's visit. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including beer, seltzer, wine, cocktails, and N/A beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Take ownership of the taproom presentation, ensuring that it is clean and welcoming. Serve customers responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist in special events or promotions as required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 9 hours) and comfortably lift, move, and maneuver kegs or cases weighing up to 55 lbs. Skills Able find opportunities to go above and beyond for the customer. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both drink preparation and cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a bustling bar environment. A willingness to learn about what makes Archetype's brews so special. Previous experience in bartending or customer service is required; experience with craft beer is preferred.

Pay:

$19.50 - $26.00 per hour
