Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Process retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and card payments with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through regular cleaning routines. Manage food handling responsibilities including food preparation, beverage assembly, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, café operations, or retail sales transactions is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly. Basic math skills for giving correct change and managing sales totals. Experience with beverage preparation, especially coffee or drink service, is highly desirable. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
