Boba-n-Chai is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bobaristas & Rolled Ice Cream Makers to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will prepare high-quality boba drinks and freshly made rolled ice cream for our customers, ensuring every order is crafted with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

Boba Drinks:

Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of boba tea drinks, flavored coconut waters, and warm seasonal drinks.

Rolled Ice Cream:

Create rolled ice cream with customized toppings and designs, maintaining quality and presentation.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest and address any inquiries or concerns.

Quality Control:

Ensure all items meet presentation and taste standards before serving.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.

Inventory:

Assist in stocking and inventory management of ingredients and supplies.

Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience as a barista, ice cream maker, or in a food service role is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidate!

Customer Service Skills:
