As a Cafe Smoothie Barista/Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including smoothie mixology, food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Assist with food/smoothie preparation and ensure that all food/smoothie items are prepared according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell products effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately while utilizing retail math skills for processing orders. Buss tables and assist in maintaining a tidy dining area for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
