Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Fill customer orders accurately from prepared foods displays or kitchen stations, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Square POS process sales efficiently while handling cash and card transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist customers with product selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience. Restock supplies, ingredients, and food items as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination or spoilage. Skills Proven experience in food service or café environments with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong attention to detail in food presentation, order accuracy, and cleanliness. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
