We're a local, woman-owned coffee shop looking for a part-time shift lead barista to join our team!

What You'll Do:

Take customer orders on POS Craft drinks according to our recipes Inventory control Overseeing team and daily operations Task delegation Make syrups Light cleaning Content Creation Event planning Help create a welcoming environment for customers Training new team members Barista experience is required for this role. Pay at $14.50 hourly+tips (typically averages around $21-$24 hour with tips). Must be available weekends and Wednesdays, 21-35 hours per week.
