Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by taking beverage and snack orders directly from golfers on the course Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Restock and organize the beverage cart to ensure a wide selection of drinks and snacks are available at all times Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart, including food handling and workspace sanitation standards Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle cash handling with integrity Upsell additional items to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Operate kitchen equipment for preparing simple food items or garnishes as needed during service Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is highly desirable Familiarity with POS system is preferred Strong time management skills to keep pace during busy periods and ensure timely service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or retail environments is a plus Join us as a Beverage Cart Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences while enjoying an outdoor setting.
