We're a small, owner-operated specialty café serving carefully sourced coffee and house-made baked goods in a warm, community-focused environment. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and efficiency Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest Rotate between cashier, barista, and expo responsibilities throughout shifts Build relationships with regular customers and contribute to a positive café culture Operate manual espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar area, and dining space Assist with pastry and bakery presentation and restocking Handle opening and closing duties Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work collaboratively with the café and kitchen team Qualifications Previous barista and hospitality experience required Friendly, professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Passion for coffee and hospitality Ability to work mornings, weekends, and busy rush periods Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Training & Growth Paid, ongoing barista training provided through one of the country's top specialty coffee roasters. Pay:
