WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 6 months of experience making coffee, lattes, and other espresso drinks —

REQUIRED

Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to connect with customers Someone who understands that great customer service means making customers feel welcome and valued Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions Basic math skills Experience using a POS system is preferred; we use Clover Dependable, responsible, and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

POSITION DETAILS

Starting Pay:

$12-$15/hour, depending on experience

Hours:

6:00 AM-3:00

PM Schedule:

Monday Thursday Friday Every other Saturday Occasional Nights and/or Sundays for special events

Work Pace:

Our environment is generally relaxed and steady-paced , with faster-paced periods during peak hours . We're looking for someone who can enjoy the slower moments while staying focused, organized, and efficient when things get busy. We are closed on major holidays , including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
