Looking for experienced barista members to join our team. About the Role We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join the team at Palouse. As a part-time associate, you will be the face of the shop, responsible for crafting high-end specialty beverages and ensuring every guest has a top-tier experience.

Key Responsibilities Beverage Craftsmanship:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and signature beverages (including our seasonal fruit-based and "Depresso" lines) with consistency and speed.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards for flavor profiles, using premium ingredients like 1883 Maison Routin syrups and specialty chai.

Customer Engagement:

Provide friendly, professional service that reflects our brand's local Wilmington roots.

Shop Maintenance:

Keep the bar and seating areas pristine. We prioritize a clean, healthy environment for both our staff and our customers.

Operational Support:

Assist with inventory management and opening/closing procedures as needed. What We're Looking For Passion for

Prior barista experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn the art of extraction and milk texturing is essential.
