[Insert Hours/Days] Overview Rosebay Coffee Shop is looking for a reliable, skilled Barista to join our team. We focus on quality coffee and efficient service. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual, and capable of maintaining high standards during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities Drink Service:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, pour-overs, and cold brew, ensuring consistency and quality.

Customer Interaction:

Take orders accurately, handle transactions, and provide clear information about our menu.

Maintenance:

Keep the bar and seating area clean and organized. Perform basic equipment maintenance and restocking as needed.

Workflow:

Manage high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialty coffee environment. Proficiency with manual espresso machines and milk steaming is required.

Reliability:

Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.

Communication:

Ability to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers.

Stamina:

Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of a shift and lift up to 30lbs (milk crates, etc.). Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience. References may be requested.
