Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or the coffee industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of retail math to handle transactions effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
