We are a full-service restaurant offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, scratch-made desserts, and specialty coffee drinks throughout the day. Our baristas play an important role in the guest experience, serving everyone from customers stopping in for a quick latte to families picking up a cake for a special celebration. At Midtown, hospitality comes first. We value warmth, positive energy, teamwork, and attention to detail. Previous coffee experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We're happy to teach our recipes, techniques, and systems to someone who is eager to learn and naturally enjoys taking care of people. Responsibilities Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks consistently Cut, score, plate, and package scratch-made cakes and pies with precision Take and organize carryout and third-party delivery orders Check packaged orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation Keep the coffee station, dessert case, and front counter clean and stocked Assist teammates during high-volume service periods Provide warm, attentive service and build genuine connections with guests What We're Looking For A positive, hospitality-focused attitude Dependability and a strong team mindset The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Careful attention to order accuracy and dessert presentation A willingness to learn and accept feedback Weekend availability is strongly preferred Barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Midtown?
