About us The Bean & Bakery is a small coffee shop & café in Concord, NH serving up delicious treats and exceptional coffee! If you love people and a fast paced environment, this is the job for you! We're looking for self-motivated, friendly, reliable people to join our team! You should enjoy working both independently and in a team. This job requires someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee according to company standards. Your duties also include maintaining the cleanliness of the café and customer service. You must be at ease with people since your main customer is the general public. As it is a fast-paced environment, you are expected to achieve results quickly and correctly during your coffee rush hours. The positions we have available are part-time positions working an average of 15

• 25 hours per week. We're open Monday
• Saturday 7am
• 2pm. Closed on Sunday and all major holidays! You must be available to work Saturdays & shifts starting as early as 6am. Average compensation including tips is $17.00

Job Responsibilities:

Counter help / waiting on customers Preparing food and drinks according to company standards Baking Maintain cleanliness of the work station, including cleaning spills and keeping work surfaces clear, tidy and stocked. Balance cash and make change as required. Ensure all Company policies are followed. Cleaning & Sanitizing Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned as needed
