Prepare and serve specialty beverages, meals, and light refreshments. Process payments and operate the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas. Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Take daily and weekly inventory. Follow hotel standards for food safety, sanitation, and guest service. Respond to guest questions and requests professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure timely service. Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Qualifications Previous restaurant, café, or hotel experience preferred. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
