West Nyack, NY L'Insolent Coffee & Bakery is looking for an experienced, motivated Barista to join our team at our Hillsdale location. There may also be opportunities to work shifts at our West Nyack, NY location for interested candidates who are a good fit. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands specialty coffee, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both the quality of their drinks and the experience they provide to customers.

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience is required Strong espresso preparation and milk-steaming skills Latte art experience is a major plus Comfortable working efficiently during busy service Competitive, driven, and motivated to perform at a high level Strong attention to detail and consistency Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable maintaining a clean and organized bar Willingness to learn and follow L'Insolent's drink recipes and quality standards Flexibility to potentially work at our West Nyack, NY location in addition to Hillsdale About the Role As a Barista at L'Insolent Coffee, you will prepare espresso-based beverages, specialty drinks, teas, and other café offerings while providing warm and efficient service. You'll be expected to maintain high standards for drink quality, presentation, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality. We are especially interested in candidates who already have a solid coffee foundation and want to continue developing their craft.
