• Jersey City, NJ Belle Âme Cafe is an independent neighborhood café in Journal Square focused on quality coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming experience for our community.

We're currently looking for a reliable, hospitality-driven team member to join us part-time, with opportunities for additional hours and long-term growth over time. This is not a temporary or seasonal position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wants to learn, and is interested in growing within the café industry. Responsibilities Preparing espresso drinks, matcha, teas, and specialty beverages Taking customer orders and providing excellent service Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Assisting with light food preparation and sandwich assembly Supporting daily café operations during busy service periods Learning and maintaining drink quality and hospitality standards Position Details Starting pay: $15
