The ideal candidate will have a love for boba tea and customer service, bringing energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What you'll do As a key part of our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting Quality Drinks:

Prepare and serve a variety of top-quality beverages, including boba, freshly brewed teas, and coffee, following our signature recipes and standard methods.

Ingredient Preparation:

Cook boba, brew teas, and prep other key ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.

Customer Service & Sales:

Provide excellent service, take customer orders accurately at the cash register, and build positive customer relationships.

Cleanliness & Sanitation:

Maintain high standards of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, customer areas, cookware, and restrooms. Assist in closing procedures.

Team Support & Operations:

Work collaboratively with the team to restock ingredients, manage inventory, and complete any additional tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Available to work afternoons and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. A reliable team player with consistent attendance and punctuality. Excellent communication skills and a positive, "team-first" attitude. Able to follow instructions, company procedures, and food safety guidelines with ease. Open to learning new recipes and adapting to change in a dynamic environment. Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
