Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
• Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items
• Ensure that all products are stocked and replenished as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Pack customer orders while maintaining quality

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food industry hygiene practices and safety standards
