The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high quality non alcoholic beverages in a fast paced fine dining environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve mocktails, specialty drinks, coffee, tea, and other non alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage station Ensure consistent presentation, quality, and portioning of all beverages Maintain glassware, tools, garnishes, and beverage supplies Assist with beverage preparation during busy service periods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Provide professional and friendly service to guests Qualifications Previous barista, restaurant, or beverage service experience preferred Mocktail and specialty beverage preparation experience is highly desirable Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment Reliable, punctual, organized, and team oriented Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
