Hapive Coffee is a community-driven coffee shop focused on creating great experiences through quality coffee, welcoming energy, and meaningful connection. As we prepare to open, we're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who want to grow with us from the beginning and help shape the Hapive experience. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive energy and professionalism. (Tipped Position) Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other menu items
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock inventory and assist with daily opening/closing duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and standards
- Uphold the Hapive culture and customer experience Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year barista experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
