Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Create delicious crepes and other light food items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Process retail sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments while maintaining excellent cashiering practices. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space by following food safety and sanitation protocols. Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising quality. Assist with food handling, beverage service, and drink preparation to deliver a memorable experience for every guest. Experience Prior experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is most important! Barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in processing transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and managing sales accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health regulations are met.
