Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and responding to inquiries with enthusiasm. Handle food safety and food handling procedures diligently to maintain cleanliness and comply with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas through regular cleaning routines. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change. Support food preparation tasks in the café environment as needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with strong knowledge of beverage service and drink preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
