Job Description
Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. Description As a F&B Attendant, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
Clean and set up tables
Complete closing duties
Provides standard directions to be provided to guests

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have 1 year position experience in customer service.
JOB DUTIES
- Enthusiastically serves customers Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
- Demonstrates problem resolution behavior when taking care of customer needs.
- Maintains Quality Store Operations
- Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks and Coffee to Sol Café standards.
- Follows store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
