Description The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent and high-quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedure and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer.
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products.
• Suggestively selling gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise.
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion.
• Manage cash drawer, following the established cash handling procedures.
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines.
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify the drink upon delivery
• Operate and maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment and workstations.
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Restocking food/drink supplies inventory should always be rotated, and the oldest items are to be moved to the front. F.I.F.O (First, In, First Out)
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation and professionalism to each customer and coworker.

Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques. Dependability Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties. Flexibility with work schedule Must maintain a Food Handlers Certification or achieved upon hiring and prior to first scheduled shift. Must be able to work around peanuts and dairy products.
