This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great boba tea and coffee, enjoys working with people, and can help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. As a Barista/Shift Lead, you'll spend your time preparing high-quality drinks and food while also helping oversee the flow of the shift. You'll be responsible for maintaining drink quality, supporting kitchen operations, keeping inventory organized, and helping create a fun, upbeat environment for both our team and customers. Responsibilities Prepare Boba Teas, coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to quality standards Prepare and serve food items while maintaining cleanliness and food-quality standards Monitor drink and food quality throughout each shift Help manage daily café operations Assist with arcade responsibilities as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked Track inventory levels and communicate ordering/restocking needs Help ensure smooth and efficient shift operations Support and communicate with team members throughout the shift Provide friendly, welcoming service to customers Help maintain a positive, fun, and upbeat team environment Qualifications At least 2 years of barista experience Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable taking initiative and helping keep a shift organized Management or leadership experience is a bonus, but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling A fun, upbeat, and positive work environment Opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities A hands-on role with variety from day to day A supportive team that values quality, teamwork, and great customer service If you're an experienced barista who's ready to take on a little more responsibility while still doing what you love, we'd love to hear from you!
