As a walk-up coffee concept, every interaction matters. We want team members who remember names, learn customers' favorites, and help create a welcoming neighborhood experience. Responsibilities Prepare consistently high-quality espresso and specialty beverages Provide warm, efficient, and personable customer service Build genuine relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area Follow recipes, opening and closing procedures, and sanitation standards Operate the POS system and process cashless transactions accurately Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs Support the team during busy periods Represent the business positively within the surrounding community Qualifications Previous barista or specialty coffee experience required Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and drink consistency Friendly, upbeat, and approachable Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, walk-up environment Community-conscious and naturally relationship-driven Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card, or ability to obtain one before starting The Right Fit You are skilled and confident behind the bar, but you also understand that great coffee is only part of the experience. You bring light, positive energy to each shift, care about your team and surroundings, and enjoy turning first-time customers into familiar faces.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
