At Purple Potato Bakery, we pride ourselves in serving quality products and giving customer service. We are a specialty Asian-inspired bakery. Barista duties include - Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing drink and baked goods, and serving items to customers. Selling pastries and drinks and educating customers about the bakery and making processes Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Prep work for pastry items and drink ingredients. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
