Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change. Maintain cleanliness of the café or retail space by performing regular cleaning duties and adhering to food safety standards. Manage food handling responsibilities with proper hygiene practices to ensure safe food service. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels. Support team members during busy periods by serving customers quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and giving correct change. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
