Bartender / Barista — Part- or Full-Time Serve great food, have fun, get paid. Our mission is to build community through delicious food , and we're looking for a friendly, energetic Bartender / Barista to join our team. Working behind our historic, curvaceous bar, you'll prepare drinks for our guests throughout the day—from coffee and tea to beer, wine, and craft cocktails. No late nights required. We're open daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with flexible shifts and opportunities for both part-time and full-time team members. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including: Coffee and espresso drinks Tea Beer and wine Craft cocktails Other non-alcoholic and specialty beverages Accurately execute beverage orders in a timely and professional manner. Enter food and beverage orders into the POS system. Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the front of house. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area. Help create a warm and enjoyable experience for every guest. Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen, bakery, and front-of-house team members. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy food and beverage environment. Comfortable learning and preparing a variety of coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter orders. Dependable, positive, and willing to contribute wherever needed. Previous bartending, barista, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in New York State.
