You will be responsible for crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency. Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales quickly and accurately. Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling, processing cash and card payments efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations, adhering to food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Previous barista experience or café experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with beverage preparation and customer service. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong skills in sales, cash handling, and cashiering are essential for accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours without compromising service quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations.
