In this role, you will serve customers, sell our handcrafted mochi, prepare drinks, and help keep the workplace clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is positive, respectful, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required - we are happy to train the right person. We value a great attitude, responsibility, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks according to our standards Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Sell and package handcrafted mochi Process customer orders and payments Prepare mochi boxes, bags, and other packaging materials Keep the counter, work area clean and organized Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
