Job Description

Overview We are recruiting a team of passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our 2nd shop to be opened in Columbus Circle. Please note that Interview and training will be done in Flushing shop location. Please make sure you can commute to Flushing during the training period. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a love for tea and enjoy interacting with people, this role is perfect for you. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Follow the brand's standard operation procedure Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
