Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous barista experience or café experience is preferred; familiarity with beverage preparation is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and stocking supplies.
