We're building an opening team of passionate, energetic individuals who care about quality, hospitality, and creating a warm café experience. About the Role We are hiring both Baristas and Shift Leaders . Baristas focus on drink quality and customer experience, while Shift Leaders support daily operations and guide the team during service. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of coffee shop experience (required) Specialty coffee experience strongly preferred Shift Leader applicants must have prior leadership or supervisory experience Core Responsibilities Prepare high‑quality espresso, matcha, tea, and specialty beverages Provide exceptional customer service Prepare light food items and pastries Maintain cleanliness and follow Department of Health standards Operate the POS accurately Restock inventory and keep the café organized Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Shift Leader Responsibilities (if applicable) Lead the team during shifts Open and close the café Ensure drink quality and consistency Train and support new team members Handle customer concerns professionally Assist with inventory and daily operations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of coffee shop experience (required) Friendly, reliable, and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask under pressure Available early mornings, weekends, and evenings Reliable transportation
