You will engage with fellow coffee enthusiasts, learn about various brewing techniques, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates the art of coffee. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and sharing your knowledge about coffee. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Skills Strong passion for coffee and eagerness to learn more about different types of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
