Barista Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer interactions Lead, motivate, and train baristas to deliver outstanding service and product quality Manage cash handling, POS transactions (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and cashiering duties accurately Oversee food safety, food preparation, and food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain cleanliness of the café environment Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction Support sales goals through effective upselling and engaging customer engagement strategies Requirements Proven barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a café or retail food environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, food industry best practices, and serving protocols Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Barista Supervisor where your energy fuels our success!
