Responsibilities Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Serve food and beverages promptly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the food truck workspace, including food handling areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards. Manage retail sales transactions with accuracy using retail math skills; upsell products to enhance customer experience. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous food service experience or café experience is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the food truck environment, and perform cleaning duties effectively.
