Seasonl Barista

This is a high-volume barista position inside a fast-paced, full-service restaurant ☕️🔥 You're not just making coffee, you're keeping the morning running.

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency and speed ☕️⚡️ Dial in espresso and maintain drink quality throughout service 🎯 Handle solo shifts during weekdays and collaborate on weekends 🤝 Keep the barista station clean, stocked, and organized at all times 🧼 Maintain a strong sense of urgency during peak hours ⏱️ Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team 🗣️ Assist in other areas when needed (host stand, expo support, light service tasks) 🔄

Pay Structure:

Hourly wage + tips 💰 Keep your own tips during weekday shifts 💵 Weekend tips are shared with the second barista 🤝 Additional tip-outs from servers for espresso drinks ☕️
