Job Summary Sweet Wife Baking is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve our traditional style espresso menu, selection of Flying Bird Botanical teas, matcha, chai, and other fun drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care Operate our Square POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain our excellent customer service track record Keep a clean work and dining area Manage cash handling, cashiering, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions and register balancing Assist in food preparation and serving, adhering to food safety protocols and quality standards Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts Skills Proven experience as a Barista Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Effective time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to communicate and collaborate with coworkers, creating and maintaining a fun yet supportive work environment Pay depending on experience, this position is included in the tip pool.

Pay:

$14.55 - $16.00 per hour
