Duties Weekend Availability Required Food Handlers Card Required Lead and motivate the barista team to deliver outstanding beverage and food service, ensuring quick and friendly customer interactions. Enforce and maintain company policies, standards, and guidelines. Maintain food safety standards Assist with training new team members on coffee brewing techniques, food prep, POS operation, and customer service protocols. Complete task lists with accuracy and efficiency, and delegate tasks to your team. Skills Proven experience with barista duties including beverage preparation, drink service, and café operations. Strong knowledge of POS system Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively, and solve customer concerns or service issues. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and register balancing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Leadership qualities to guide team members, delegate tasks efficiently, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Experience in food industry settings with a focus on coffee or café environments is preferred.
