Part-Time Barista Grace & Goodness Coffee Co. The Dalles, Oregon Grace & Goodness Coffee Co. is growing our team! We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy great coffee, good conversation, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. This is a part-time position. Some weekend availability is required. Previous barista or customer-service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person. Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso drinks, blended drinks, teas, energy drinks, and other menu items Provide warm, attentive customer service Accurately take orders and process payments Follow drink recipes and maintain consistent quality Keep the workspace, equipment, service areas, and surrounding property clean and organized Restock cups, syrups, ingredients, and other supplies Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and employee illness procedures Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks Work independently and collaboratively during busy periods Qualifications A valid Oregon Food Handler Card is required Friendly, positive, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Willing to learn and accept feedback Able to follow recipes and pay close attention to detail Available to work some weekend shifts Barista or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Position Details Job type:
